Our Terms and Conditions are very simple and all customers automatically accept them when completing any purchase.

 

ERRORS AND MISTAKES

We strive to keep this website as up to date as possible, however we are not always informed when a product has been discontinued or sold out. We therefore reserve the right to remove any item from sale without notice.

 

SHIPPING & MINIMUM ORDER

All canvas transfers should be despatched within 3 working days. Delivery will be within 48 hours of despatch. Therefore please do not chase up delivery of an order until 5 full working days have passed since placing the order. If there is a delay with despatch we will contact you.

 

PAYMENT

We will not process or dispatch any order until payment has been cleared. We no longer accept payment by cheque. You can pay using any credit card online or by using your paypal account.

 

COPYRIGHT

We will not be party to any illegal activity and respect worldwide copyright laws. By placing an order for a canvas transfer with us you are automatically confirming you are the copyright holder or have permission from the copyright holder to reproduce the image. 

 

REFUNDS & DAMAGE

All canvas transfers are fully inspected for damage before despatch. In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged  we will despatch a replacement. We may request the damaged item is returned to us or photographic evidence of the damage is given to us. We will not offer a refund for damaged goods. We reserve the right to process a claim against our courier before despatching a replacement.

 

Canvas Transfers - We will only offer a replacement canvas if there is a noticeable difference between your original image and the finished product. If you require us to make any changes you must make this request at the time of ordering.

Please note that we only reproduce the image you give us - if you image is blurred the canvas will be blurred, etc

If a product should arrive damaged you must notify us by email at sales@zanart.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt..

CANCELLATION 

Customers may cancel any order, without reason, within 24 hours of order placement by email at sales@zanart.co.uk or by phoning 01462 453791 during business hours.  As products are made to order you may not cancel after 24 hours or order placement.


Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by our Terms and Conditions.

All products sold by us are brand new, unless otherwise stated. All products conform to the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
